Usability comes first but looks still count. Yes, we can do clinical but why stop there?
Arestin Education Modules
eCity, in partnership with the advertising agency Dudnyk, produced interactive detail aid/clinical modules for the Arestin Certification Program to support the sales team in a field of 120 territories. The modules incorporate Flash animation, video production, and voiceover leading the user to a quiz at the end of the presentation. The target audience of dental hygienists is able to learn more about the benefits of using the Arestin product in their dental practice, making this an ideal communication and educational tool for the pharmaceutical sales team.
Acumentis
Acumentis, a full service medical education company, approached eCity with a common challenge: create a captivating and easy-to-use vehicle for presenting educational content to doctors around the country.
Being sensitive to the amount of time a typical doctor would have to review this content, eCity proposed an interactive solution that incorporated sound and video along with the original medical content. eCity integrated the design direction of the existing print collateral into the interface design, creating a cohesive set of educational materials.
NCCN Education Series
NCCN is dedicated to improving the quality and effectiveness of cancer care. In support of this, they provide On-Demand Learning programs based on their regional symposia and annual conference. Physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals access the CME portal by creating an account to view accredited progams. The interface offers links to relevant content such as bios, resources, and objectives. A post-test and evaluation completes the process. Users receive a downloadable certificate of completion to document their credit(s). An administrative area was also created to allow NCCN access to reporting to track users and a programs success rate.
Havrix Lunch and Learn
GSK, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, was launching Havrix, a vaccine for Hepatitis A. They needed to communicate this product to healthcare professionals. It was imperative to showcase the Tip-Lok product packaging design in the demo. This innovative package improves how the vaccine is administered to patients. What makes this product demo so unique is the rendering of the product. The 3D, photo-realistic rendering spins and animates to provide a complete picture. Video is also integrated into the demo to engage and convey a hefty amount of information.
